LSU v Kentucky

Our original plans were to watch the Wednesday & Friday game and then head home Saturday morning.  We got rained out Friday night and I'm kicking myself for not just staying for the double header, especially since our game went into extra innings!!

One of the things the boys found out was that Zack Watson parks in the same spot for every game.  Since we stayed late for autographs on Wednesday we were able to find out the red truck was his and they were so excited to see it in the same spot Friday (& Saturday).

Their is an older guy that brings tootsie pops to the games.  I'm pretty sure he gave John Luke some last time we were here.  Anyway, he saw Presley both games and gave her sucker.  Then she found an usher that handed out suckers.  We started having to thank people and then hide them!

My first time at campus can never be beaten.  The tour of the facilities and being out on the field was absolutely hands down one of my favorite things ever!  We love going back and taking pictures over the years though and seeing how the boys have grown.

I have no idea why but Presley went and squatted (never has done that in pictures before) and we all got a huge laugh out of it and everyone wanted to squat with her.

Mike was inside for yard work all day on Thursday so we had to go back on Friday to see him.  

Presley is just like Aydon in that she loves animals.  Aydon told her what sound the tiger made and she kept roaring.

We stayed an RV campground just a couple of miles from campus and literally across the road from the levee.  The water was up sooo much!  

There is a gas station down that road behind us that was obviously closed for the time being due to the water being so high.  

I have a picture of the boys and I here from our first visit and there wasn't water anywhere near there.

Dinner on my parents.  My dad gave us money before we left and said to go have some Sammy's on him.  

While there Aydon said it was his first time eating crawfish.  I honestly thought they had but now that I think about it I guess they were either to young or we haven't been back during crawfish season with them.  

They've had the crawfish etoufee over catfish before but not the live crawfish.

Zack was very hesitant to try.  But I swear, he purposely will not do what you want him to just to be defiant.  He loves anything hot and spicy but he doesn't like seafood so I don't know if he was just being a brat or not.

We had to go back another time because our first time was spoiled (that's a whole story in itself)

I ordered their catfish, Ty loved his HUGE chicken sandwich.

Presley ate everything (she never has been picky though) we fed her there.
