Talent Show

Drew with a graduation cap on...I was teary eyed the rest of the day after seeing this, these dang boys are just growing up too fast and it makes me sad.
Ms. Parent & Miss Boyter's class performed together.
They recited the alphabet "backwards".  :)  One girl in Drew's class practiced and after they were all done she really did sing the alphabet backwards.  I was impressed!
Ty's class performed "Try Everything" by Shakira from the Zootopia movie.  I only cried a LITTLE and still do when I watch/think about it.

 They did some dancing

and then each one of them held up a poster of what they want to be when they grow up & dressed the part as well.  It was a great skit and a very memorable one.
Aydon's teacher sent this to me.  I'm glad she did, I didn't get a good one of him alone.
The "President" being interviewed, I guess the election year inspired him to be President...go for it!  We need a good leader!
Aydon's class wasn't doing a class performance so him and his friends did one of their own.  My boys are obsessed with Studio C, it's like Saturday Night live sketch comedy that airs on the BYU channel.
The Crayon skit.  Sunshine helped Aydon make the crayon box and then him and his friends made the crayon costumes at school.  I thought the costumes turned out great for being made out of paper.

 Adysen Leonard
 Mason Hancock
 Lana Westover
 Jhett Kaufman
 Ty
 Aydon
Evan Marquez as the brown crayon
Austin Westover as the black crayon & Ava Hancock as the white crayon
Then Micah was willing to be the "skin color" crayon for them!
The kids did a great job and even though Preston & I didn't really think it was that funny the other kids seemed too so it was a success.  I was just glad they had the courage to perform as a little group on their own at the school talent show.  It was a great show, they were many talented acts that performed and we got some good laughs as well.
