When I attended ASU I loved to hike 'A' mountain...especially at night. As a small town girl I loved being up there and being able to see the city lights stretching in every direction. Preston & I hiked it together a few times. When we were down in the valley during Spring Break we were searching for a place for dinner. As I saw the campus coming up I threw out the idea of hiking 'A' mountain with the kids and Preston thought they could do it so we hit up one of our old favorites Macayo's right by campus and hiked to work off our meal.

There were quite a few people hiking so we didn't go all the way to the very top (which Ty was pretty unhappy about) but still had pretty good views. And yes, Zach's face is totally scraped up. He was pushing a car on the sidewalk at my parents house and it stopped and he didn't. It looks pretty bad in this pic but after swimming at the pool the scabs came off and it looks better. Just last week he fell outside the high school gym and scrapped both his knees so he looked like he was beat up pretty good.
We had no plans for the time we were in the valley so we really relaxed and enjoyed the beautiful weather. The boys loved being able to swim...come on summer!!! We did check out the aquarium at AZ Mills Mall. It was pretty cool. Drew is grabby hands right now so I didn't even bother taking any pictures of our adventures besides the hiking we did. Zach did AMAZING going potty like a big boy our entire trip! Even at the pool he got out twice to go. Then we get home and he has had several accidents. So I figure he is definitely a warm weather one. I am begging for 70 degree temps to be a normal thing so we don't have to worry about any more accidents.
