Presley 2 months

We had one month of hardly any crying.  Then we hit a week where she was pretty fussy.  I think what happened was she hit a growth spurt and wasn't getting enough to fill her up.  I freaked out, worried she had basically weaned herself by nursing for such a short time.  I started power pumping, taking Fenugreek and drowning myself in water.  It took several days but it finally worked and she was getting satisfied again.  It seemed like once she learned to cry she liked to fuss a bit more.  I also "worked" one night doing basketball pictures and daddy was left alone with her and some bottles.  We found she needed to be swaddled because she had a fussy time from about 5-7pm.  We also tried setting a routine as best as we could where she got a bath at 7pm and she would naturally start winding down and sleeping for 4 hours at a time during the night.  Some nights she would just fall asleep on her own from being so relaxed.  I think she has finally learned her routine and has not been so fussy.  Zack started helping bathing her this month.  She is starting to be interested in the toys and books the boys bring her.
At her two month check up she weighed 10 lbs and 4 oz and was 22.4" long.  So she is still small on the charts but she is definitley gaining weight pretty good now.  She went to 0-3 months clothes this month and I can see she won't be in them long.  She has been in size 1 diapers all month too.  I talked to Dr. Berger about how quickly she eats (she only nurses 6-7 minutes) and she said she is just an efficient eater...which is fine with me!  She is a momma's girl...when other family members hold her (mostly evening time whish is her fussy period) I will take her back and she calms right down.  I know it's because we spend all day together and I'm going to enjoy it because all my kids were like that and then ended up daddy's boys.  :)
We worked on getting into a schedule so I could work out in the mornings and I think she getting that down too.  I was barely able to finish a 20 minute workout most days this month.  The weather was beautiful this month so we started going on walks while we waited for brother's practices to be over.  She has done well at her brother's basketball practices & games and starting to like to watch things around her.
My favorite thing to do...have her on my knees and holding my fingers.
I could stare at her all day long.
This was her first time being laid in her crib.  She napped for a couple of hours.
Swaddle blankets is something new to this old mom.  Preston loved them!  She outgrew them this month so I made sure to get a picture of how sweet she looked swaddled in it.
She looked like a teeny tiny baby holding that huge bottle!
 Tutu's!  :)
This girl loves her paci!  I recorded her sucking on it so we could remember.  She sounds like the baby from the Simpson's sucking on it.

"Daddy's Adorable Little Girl"
I had this onesie made for her.

Our first lunch date at LaFonda's
 Sunday afternoon naps
Love a sleeping baby on my chest
Her little princess onesie was too cute
We try naps in the crib every once in a while.  We even had her start the first leg of the night in her crib a couple of times this month.
She looks so cute in her headbands and covered in her "Presley" blanket.

When we found out we were having a girl the boys were very anti-pink.  I did my best at avoiding pink as much as possible in decor and clothing.  Well, anytime I ask them to pick out her clothes or go grab accessories for me, they always come back with pink.  Drew even said one day, the pink is that bad.

Daddy being a baby hog stealing all her sweet loving.

"Kissing" mommy

Ty has rocked her to sleep a couple of nights when she was so fussy with me.  I would tell him, she's really fussy she probably won't be good for you and ends up asleep in his arms.
Zack has started helping out by bathing and changing her.  He even changed a diaper...the first and only brother so far to even attempt.
She loves to be swaddled so now we are using the Muslin swaddle blankets that are bigger than the receiving blankets I used with the boys that didn't last very long.
 The shirt says it all
She is spoiled, she rarely lays down to sleep but I NEEDED to get some cleaning done so I pulled out my sling and we vacuumed the house and a couple of other chores while everyone was at work and school.
 My big helper.
This was the other onesie I had made for her.  "I love my big brothers"

First group photo since the hospital.

I love gowns on babies...I have no idea what it is but I think they are adorable in them.
Zack got a picture and dad loved he had proof that he changed A diaper.  :)
